We report you that customer care is open from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 excluding holidays and pre-holidays.

If you are a subscribing customer, please contact your Depot for any needs.

If you are a consignee and you need to change the delivery address, please contact the sender/seller as his authorization is required.
