as is known, a very serious emergency situation has arisen following the declared pandemic by Coronavirus and stringent containment measures and hygiene-sanitary regulations have been imposed both by the Council of Ministers with, among others, the Prime Ministerial Decree of 8, 9 and 11 March 2020, containing urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, which by the Ministry of Health.
With the objective to give top priority to the health and safety of our staff, rotation actions of the staff of the offices have been implemented which do not allow us to respond. with the usual responsiveness.
It will be possible to send any support requests from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
We confirm our commitment to respond as quickly as possible.

We are continuing delivery the shipment with priority to ones for the opened commercial activates. We are daily committed to grant the maximum services also for prove shipments but we can’t exclude possible delays.

We remind you that the GLS automatic system responds 24 hours a day to 02.98.03.55.56 and that you can monitor your shipments directly through the “Track and Trace” box by indicating one of the GLS references required.
