B2C: delivery to private recipients

GLS delivers shipments to private recipients quickly, securely and reliably.
We make two delivery attempts at the address stated by the sender. GLS also offers various services to make the delivery process more flexible for private recipients, e.g. the SaturdayService or the InfoService, where a text message or email alerts recipients that their shipment is arriving.

Security alert

GLS is constantly committed to protecting our customers against fraud. We make every effort to identify people who attempt to misuse GLS’s shipping system. We insist on high security standards across the whole group Europe-wide, and we handle customer data accordingly.
