One of the main aims of the GLS Group is to provide its customers with services that are of the highest quality, in keeping with its ethical principles and regulations.

Data protection

For the GLS Group, the protection of personal data is of primary importance, and we wish to clarify that all personal data are collected exclusively in compliance with the regulations in force.
In the "GLS Data Protection" section of the GLS Group portal you can find all the information regarding the personal data processing of the recipients, for each country where the GLS Group is present.

Fighting corruption

The GLS Group has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and complies with the basic principles laid down by the relevant laws. In its anti-corruption policy the GLS Group has set the standards of behaviour for its own employees and people who work with the company, that are valid in all the countries in which GLS operates.

Code of Business Standards

The trust GLS receives from customers, employees, business partners and the public is a top priority for the GLS Group. To further strengthen this trust, the GLS Group has assigned itself a Code of Business Standards that establishes the fundamental values and standards of behaviour of the company in binding form for all employees. The GLS Code of Business Standards forms the basis of all business decisions and regulates responsible interaction with all stakeholders.

Whistleblowing

The GLS Group has implemented a whistleblowing/ombudsman system to enable employees, business partners and third parties to confidentially report any concerns that they have about serious offences or actions and situations that could constitute a criminal act.
